Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
Our keyboards are designed with cross-system compatibility in mind. Every Keychron keyboard comes with dedicated system toggles and extra keycaps for both macOS and Windows layouts, and they also support Linux and Android.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Typically, international orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
Hot-swappable versions allow you to change your mechanical switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing feel. Non-Hot-swappable versions have the switches soldered directly to the PCB.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 12-month warranty on our products. If you receive a defective unit, please contact our support team with a video of the issue to initiate a replacement or repair process.
Does my keyboard come with a warranty?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Can I use Keychron keyboards in both wired and wireless modes?
Most of our models feature a dual-mode connection. You can use Bluetooth 5.1 to connect up to three devices wirelessly or use the included USB Type-C cable for a stable wired connection.
